Hello my name is Dennis, I've resided in the Cleveland area my entire life and right out of High school I began my career in Real Estate.  I started working for Metropolitan Appraisal in 2002 and in 2006 I became a state licensed residential appraiser.  Being an Appraiser has created so many opportunities for me and a chance to further my career in Real Estate.  I've worked with Goldman Sachs and Fannie Mae reviewing loans for trade on the secondary market as well as appraising residential properties for purchase and so forth.  In 2020 I decided to further my career and become a Realtor.  I enjoy working with my clients and helping guide them through the buying and selling process.  As a Realtor I don't feel this is a job but a calling.  There's just something about viewing homes in different neighborhoods and conversing with my clients on how they would make that property their forever home.  Let's work together and find the home of your dreams.
